6.2 VIP Cashback

The 2299 bet VIP program has three tiers, each offering a weekly cashback:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback on weekly net losses.

Example: A Silver member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive up to ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds are not counted at the same rate as real money — they cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.
• 2299 bet reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion without prior notice.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any winnings earned through it will be cancelled.

The following rules apply to participation in sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots, and all other gaming sections on 2299 bet:

7.1 Bet Confirmation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless it was processed incorrectly due to a technical fault on the platform.

7.3 Event Cancellation

• Deceiving, threatening, or harassing other users.
• Creating multiple accounts to improperly claim bonus benefits.

• Copying or distributing the platform's intellectual property, trademarks, or content without permission.

2299 bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
